We manage commercial real estate across Southwest Florida — office buildings, retail strip centers, flex-industrial spaces and warehouse properties. Our work is straightforward: a property owner hires us to run their building, and we handle everything from finding and vetting tenants to coordinating the plumber at 7 a.m. on a Monday.
Our revenue comes from management fees — typically a percentage of collected rent — paid by the property owner under a management agreement. We are not a brokerage, not a developer, and not a lender. One company, one office, one line of work.
